Ministry of Hope

The Ministry of Hope is an outreach to those who have cancer or other chronic health issues who need God’s hope no matter what their situation, circumstance or latest scan results. Our roots firmly rest in God’s Word as found in Romans 15:13.

We have been meeting for 4+ years now and average 15 – 20 people in attendance. Some of those are actual participants and some are there to support, encourage and pray for those in need. Both giver and receiver are mutually blessed by each other. We have members from Crestview as well as from other denominations and even some unchurched. Our typical meeting begins promptly at 6:30pm with sharing a devotional or testimony followed by discussion and ends at 8pm. Though our mission involves serious health challenges, we laugh a lot and love freely. Our causal atmosphere with no pressure to “speak” encourages comfort, safety and the feel of a family.

We meet on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays at 6:30pm in Room A104 at Crestview.
