He is a graduate of Howard Payne University and Angelo State University. Corey served at HPU for 13 years as director of bands, associate professor of music, and chapel director. He has served as a minister of music in four churches for the past 31 years. He has also served as an EMT-Paramedic for 24 years, a hobby that is quite unique to the musical world.
“The gift of music is one that God has uniquely given to us in order to bring praise and glory to Him. It is the language of the soul and can touch people like nothing else can. It is my prayer that we always use this amazing gift for His glory and for His glory alone.”
Ministry verse is Psalm 34:8 – “Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good; Blessed is the man who trusts in Him!”
