Come join the Michigan mission trip! We will be serving a large refugee population in Michigan by providing language and math tutoring to kids before the start of the new school year. Many of these families come with little to no English and their kids can get behind in school very quickly. This is a wonderful opportunity for teachers and those who like working with kids to use their gifts and talents to do what Jesus said and “Love your neighbor as yourself” as well as support the local workers in the community. We will be participating in a day camp Monday through Thursday with the children as well as visiting their families in the evening and experiencing a new culture right here in Michigan.
