Student Minister Job Opportunity
Key Responsibilities
● Lead comprehensive student ministry programs for middle and high school students
● Develop and implement strategic student ministry vision and programming
● Recruit, train, and mentor volunteer leaders
● Conduct evangelism and outreach efforts targeting students
● Communicate effectively with students, parents, volunteers, and church leadership
Qualifications
All viable candidates must have a strong theological background within the Baptist tradition. A bachelor’s degree or willingness to obtain one is required. Graduate theological education is preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in student ministry with a demonstrated success in youth leadership and program development is required.

Position Details
● Reports directly to the Lead Pastor
